DBCMaram 13 August 2012: Hoping that this is the beginning of her greatest, most wonderful year ever, we wish her a day that is special in every way as she is! Don Bosco College Maram celebrated the birthday of Sr. Lucy Thomas FMA, the Vice Principal of DBCMaram on 13^th august 2012. Students and faculty members gathered for a short programme during the assembly. Fr. Dr. KO Sebastian invoked God’s blessing and help for the day. A special song was presented by a group of students wishing her to live a hundred and many more fruitful years. A birthday message was dedicated to her with a prayer to bless her special day. Fr. Dr. KO Sebastian delivered a short speech wishing and praising her for her hard work and dedication in the college. Her missionary zeal and interest for the young people is appreciated as she has proved beyond doubt by her selfless service towards the college welfare. Fr. Benny James SDB, the Principal of the college also wished and praised her for all the assistance given and huge responsibilities handled by her. She is truly a blessing to the college and the community at large. She thanked all the well wishers for their love and concern shown toward her. A twinkle of birthday happiness could be seen in her eyes. She also wished all of them the same happiness as she has been experiencing every day.

To add more colours and smile to the day, sweets were distributed to all the students. Staff members had a light refreshment after the class. It is a cool, exciting and an awesome day for everyone.
